A fire broke out in a factory for wooden packaging and pellets in Kavadarci, which was localized around 1:30 am, the local firefighting unit told media.
Kavadarci Mayor Mitko Janchev informed about the fire last night. He said in a Facebook post that the Territorial Fire Fighting Unit intervened with a full complement of 30 firefighters, and teams from the public utility Communal Hygiene, Gold Nickel and the Bor forest company were sent to the field, as well as teams from Veles and Negotino.
For now, there are no details about the fire and its consequences.
