We’ll do our best to increase wages, but also to have value, says Mickoski

Wages must go up and have value, and we will do everything for wages to grow, but also for them to have value, so that there is no inflation, said Macedonian Prime Minister Hristijan Mickoski in a response to reporter’s question about the SDSM accusations that the new Government did not fulfill the pre-election promise to increase wages, as well as the demands of the unions for a minimum wage increase.

On the other hand, what SDSM is doing is an attempt to manipulate and an attempt to insult the citizens that they have short memories. We work on the basis of our optional program. Open the optional program and you can read what’s there. We work on the basis of the election program, because we received nearly 450,000 votes from the citizens for that election program, and that means everything to us,” said Mickoski.

The PM believes that SDSM are practically spreading lies and believing in those lies themselves.
