Dejan Davidovski-Desho, wanted for the storming of the Parliament on 27 April, 2017, has handed himself in at the Deve Bair border crossing with Bulgaria, the Ministry of Interior said on Sunday, reports Kanal 5 TV.

After seven years on the run, Dejan Davidovski-Desho, who was wanted on an international warrant for the storming of the Parliament on 27 April, 2017, surrendered to the Macedonian authorities at the Deve Bair border crossing at the entrance to Macedonia from Bulgaria. He is suspected of terrorist threat to the constitutional order and security.

Five years ago, Davidovski was arrested in Sweden, but then released by the Swedish Supreme Court, which rejected N. Macedonia’s request for his extradition.
