Ramadani case report to be ready soon, says Judicial Council

A special commission set up to look into the escape from house arrest in Skopje by the former Kosovo Liberation Army (KLA) fighter, BlerimRamadani, is working intensively and is expected to file a report soon, Judicial Council President VesnaDameva said on Monday.

Dameva said that as soon as the factual situation is ascertained, it will be immediately scheduled for session.

“At the moment I cannot say because it is within the scope of the Commission, only as the president of the Judicial Council, in some way I provide all the technical conditions to provide them with the data needed for analysis. For the entire procedure regarding the responsibility of judges and the like, let’s not prejudge, there are legal deadlines. In this case, work will be done intensively and very urgently, the public deserves answers as soon as possible,”Dameva said.
