Macedonian Prime Minister Hristijan Mickoski presented the proposed reform agenda for 2024-27 at a news conference on Tuesday, highlighting that the government was fully committed to achieving the strategic goal of full integration into the EU.
“In this process, we not only see the future of our country as a full member of the European Union, but also as a modern, economically stable and prosperous country that meets the highest European standards. Our vision for modern Macedonia is yours again, it is based on the principles of inclusiveness, rule of law and economic development, which will allow us to be an equal partner in the European family. Today we present to you the draft reform agenda for 2024-2027, which is the result of our dedicated efforts to advance the economic growth and stability of our country within the framework of the Growth Plan for the countries of the Western Balkans. This plan, initiated by the EC, aims to reduce the economic disparities of the state and the EU, offering citizens access to the benefits of the Union even before official membership,” Mickoski pointed out, adding that the reform agenda is based on four basic pillars.
