Macedonian Prime Minister Hristijan Mickoski is paying an official visit to the Republic of Croatia, where he met with the Croatian Prime Minister Andrej Plenković.
“It is a great honor and pleasure for me to be here today I address Zagreb as the Prime Minister on my first bilateral visit and I can say with great pleasure that on this first bilateral visit between the Ministries of Education and Science and the Ministry of Health were signed bilateral agreements which will significantly improve the relations of the two countries, which I would say are brotherly anyway.
“I want to thank my dear friend, the Prime Minister of the Croatian Government, Mr. Andrej Plenković, for the hospitality, for the nice conversation, for the wonderful atmosphere that we have here in Zagreb. And I am convinced that the fraternal relations between the Macedonian and Croatian citizens will be at an extremely high level in the future, and we as two governments will continue to work to increase the cooperation between the citizens of the two countries,” Mickoski said.

The Macedonian PM thanked Prime Minister Plenković and the ministers of the Croatian Government for the European integration processes, although, as mickoski said, “the frustration and injustice that has been inflicted on us as Macedonian citizens, as a country, is great, because more than two and a half decades are behind us since we started this path, but unfortunately we are still in a vortex in which there is no certain end, although the desire of the Macedonian citizens to be part of the European Union family is great”.
