There must be a public bid, but that memorandum is non-binding, with which the 4iG Group company expresses interest, shows interest that it is interested in appearing in that bid, otherwise, it certainly cannot be given in person, normally other companies too if there are companies who are interested and if they want to sign such a non-binding memorandum, it will be signed, said Macedonian Prime Minister Hristijan Mickoski.
Mickoski stresses that now is the time when Macedonia should develop together with the Macedonian citizens and when the law should rule.
“The time of private contracts like those in Kichevo’s TPP REK Oslomej, Bitola’s TPP REK Bitola is over, the time when young boys bought shopping centers in the Skopje center, when football and basketball were played in the government offices is over, now it is time when Macedonia should develop together with the Macedonian citizens and when the law should rule, that is the essence of the matter,” the PM said.
