A tragic accident happened in Switzerland after a Macedonian national drowned while swimming.
The accident happened on Sunday around 3 pm after the 26-year-old boy from Macedonia together with another friend decided to swim in the Are river near Bern.
According to the media, two people entered the water in the area of Faehribeizli restaurant. For unknown reasons, one of them drowned, said the police.
Despite the efforts of the ambulance and the indicated rescue measures, he died a short time later.
