Pathological liar Filipche lies about his car today; tomorrow, he will lie to the citizens about more serious matters. Filipche claimed to own a car worth 6,000 euros—effectively admitting that he possesses another motor vehicle that is not listed in his official asset declaration, VMRO-DPMNE spokesperson Valentin Manasievski told a press briefing Monday.
“We expect an investigation by the competent institutions regarding this action. Venko Filipche is a pathological liar who lies even about the most trivial details. He lies to the citizens today, while in the opposition, just as he lied to them while he was in power. Filipche is a man who cannot be trusted. He is the very same person who deliberately incited hysteria and panic regarding the water supply in Gostivar and Skopje; he lied, claiming we were on the verge of bankruptcy; he lied, promising to build a Clinical Center; he lied, claiming we would secure a date for EU accession, even posing for photos with it, and the list of his lies goes on. Filipche operates on the premise that if a lie is repeated a hundred times, it will magically become the truth. That is why even within his own ranks, no one trusts him. But the citizens don’t trust him either,” said the ruling party’s representative Manasievski.
