Prosecution on a parliament session before midnight. They adopt a substantive law
on public prosecution in a summary procedure. And then they withdraw that same
law, claim that only points and commas have been changed, and return the law to a
procedure with modified whole sentences and articles. They make a counterfeit and
get a government law that is not passed by the government.
This means that Zaev uses this law to fight for amnesty: for his own amnesty, the
amnesty of his associates in crime from the leadership and the coalition, and the
