Three people have tested positive for the coronavirus, says the Ministry of Health on Tuesday.
The three patients went to the Zan Mitrev Clinic for tests. Their smears were once again tested at a lab of the Public Health Institute, which confirmed that they tested positive for the new virus.
A total of 26 people are being treated for the coronavirus by Tuesday at noon. All patients are in stable condition. 10 patients were tested this morning.
The Health Minister earlier today held a meeting with the Committee for Infectious Diseases and attended a meeting of the government crisis management HQ.
“The patients are from Skopje. One patient has been showing symptoms for a week. This patient’s family is now being tested. The other two patients, spouses from Skopje, came back from abroad a few days ago. The spouses will be taken to the Clinic for Infectious Diseases by the end of the day,” Health Minister Filipce told the news conference.
