TV21 reported that an ethnic Albanian businessman organized a meeting between the leaders of SDSM and DUI Zoran Zaev and Ali Ahmeti, in an attempt to clear up the last remaining dilemmas before the formation of the Government, but that the meeting failed, because one of them sent the vice president of the party, instead of showing up in person.
The TV station has learned from its sources that there is no final agreement for an Albanian Prime Minister, but at the same time it is considering how to promote the agreement in public if the parties reach an a deal.
Officially, SDSM and DUI claim that the negotiations continue, i.e. that they are working on programs, staffing decisions and departments.
