For two months now, the government has been hiding data on the number of unemployed people. There is no information from the competent institutions, said Darko Lazarov of the opposition VMRO-DPMNE.

“The government has been hiding the data on the number of unemployed for the second month in a row. There is no information from the competent institutions about: how many citizens were fired, ie lost their jobs, and how many citizens were left without a salary in the last few months,” Lazarov said.

He notes that according to the latest data of the Public Revenue Office, in May 30,000 citizens received a salary less compared to the beginning of the year, which means that 30,000 families were left without income for a few months.

He adds that you can guess why the data for June and July are hidden, but Lazarov also says that the creation of these indicators cannot hide the inability of the Government to deal with the crisis.
