Vaccination against COVID-19 started two days ago in Serbia, Greece, Slovenia, Turkey and other countries in the region, as a health measure. In Macedonia, the state has not procured the vaccine, nor has alms been received from the countries that provided timely vaccines from the manufacturers. With that, the state seriously violates the civil right to life, with untimely and inefficient health care, reacts VMRO-DPMNE MP Antonio Miloshoski.
“Therefore, as of Friday, every citizen or family, who has or who will suffer more serious harmful health consequences from COVID-19, or the same results in a tragic outcome in the life of the citizen, has a legal right to sue the state for it and he/she or a close family member to seek compensation,” Miloshoski wrote on Facebook.
