We expect and ask for support from all MPs and all political parties for our demands regarding the state graduation exam because these demands must not be politicized, said the President of the Association of High School Students Blendi Hodai after the meeting held by the Union with the VMRO -DPMNE parliamentary group.

“Our delegation met with members of Parliament from VMRO-DPMNE who expressed their support for our demands and said they will initiate a discussion in Parliament,” said the Association of High School Students.

VMRO-DPMNE parliamentary group member Igor Zdravkovski after the meeting with the Association of High School Students said that they received the request from the students, and that as VMRO-DPMNE and as part of the Committee on Education and Science and Sports which is the parent body in this Parliament responded on this request, and consider that they have an absolute right to claim their high school rights.

“As VMRO DPMNE, we believe that they have an absolute right to claim their high school rights due to all these circumstances that have arisen from the COVID-19 pandemic. This does not violate either the Constitution or the laws and therefore they have absolute support. We will try to use all the tools at our disposal to push this issue,” Zdravkovski added.
