The AXIOS Institute published the fourth part of the conducted survey regarding the upcoming local elections. The results show the victory of the VMRO-DPMNE mayoral candidates in Bitola, Aerodrom and Gjorche Petrov.
The results of the poll, in the part for the municipality of Bitola, show that the candidate of VMRO-DPMNE Toni Konjanovski, has the greatest support.
23.6% of the surveyed citizens said they would vote for the opposition candidate. Behind Konjanovski is the SDSM candidate Hristo Kondovski, for whom 19.1% of the citizens said would vote.
The results of the poll, in the part about the Municipality of Aerodrom, show that the candidate of VMRO-DPMNE Timcho Mucunski, had the greatest trust in this Skopje municipality.
24.2% of the respondents stated that they would vote for him. Behind him is the SDSM candidate Aleksandar Filipovski, for whom 18.9% of respondents said would vote.
A similar lead is seen in Gjorche Petrov, Skopje’s western district, where Doctor Aleksandar Stojkoski from VMRO-DPMNE polls at 24.8 percent, against 19.2 percent for the incumbent SDSM Mayor Aleksandar Naumovski.
