The Basic Criminal Court Skopje informs that in accordance with the number of active cases in work in the court departments as well as in the Department for Organized Crime and Corruption, as well as the number of judges handling cases, a decision of the President of the court made a change in the annual work schedule of judges.
“Therefore, Judge Fanka Janchulevska Mihailovska from the Department of Criminal Adults is assigned to act in the Department for Organized crime and corruption, thus taking over the cases handled by Judge Vladimir Tufegdzic, who was dismissed at his request.
Due to the interest of the media and the non-governmental organizations that follow the main hearings, we inform the public that among the cases undertaken by the new judge in the department are the case with KOK no. 30/20 known as “Spanish Steps” for which the hearing is scheduled for 20.10.2021 at 10:00, as well as the case with KOK no. “65/21, known as” Erasmus “, for which the hearing is scheduled for November 2, 2021 at 11:00, for which the parties have already been notified,” the court added.
