The Government issued a decree declaring a state of crisis. This was published on Tuesday in the “Official Gazette”, informed University Law Professor Tanja Karakamisheva on Facebook.
“On the criteria and conditions for declaring a state of crisis in cases of weather and natural disasters, accidents and disruption of electricity markets in a state of crisis, the measures taken in case of crisis, as well as the rights and obligations of licensees for performing electricity activities “, reads the introduction of the Decree.
We will soon find out what the purpose of this Decree is, but the first thing that comes to mind is the preparation for restrictions, higher electricity prices, and protection of some business associates, so avoiding early elections, i.e. staying in power as long as possible.
