The new Law on Labor Relations will offer modern solutions that are in the interest of workers, said Minister of Labor and Social Policy JagodaShahpaska via social media.
“This Law will precisely regulate fixed-term contracts, the duration of which will be drastically changed, seasonal work will fully meet the needs of employers, i.e. it will guarantee a secure workforce for the next season and maternity leave whose concept we change and introduce “parental leave for fathers as well,” Shahpaskawrote on Facebook.
The Minister adds that the Ministry of Labor and Social Policy continues with dedicated work aimed at promoting workers’ rights and expects the expert public to give its opinion at the public debate on this Law.
