All defects in the transmission network that are in the part of AD MEPSO have been removed. Electricity supply is normalized in Resen, Debar, Ohrid, Struga and surrounding settlements.
As MEPSO confirmed for MIA, the reason for the interruption in the supply was the storm and the heavy snowfall.
In the southwestern part of the country, the electricity supply is normalized after two 110-kilovolt transmission lines from Vrutok to Spilje and from Bitola to Resen were left without voltage at 11.35 this morning. The cause of the outage is the storm and heavy snowfall. Our teams are on the ground, working on repairing minor defects that do not affect the electricity supply, informs MEPSO.
