LDP leader Goran Milevski, Vice Presidents Monika Zajkova, Igor Veljanovski and Secretary General Bobi Mojsoski on Tuesday held a working meeting with the leadership of SDSM, i.e. with the newly appointed party leader Dimitar Kovachevski, as well as Secretary General Ljupcho Nikolovski and PM Zoran Zaev.
“At the meeting, we agreed on program policies that are important for the LDP in the area of economy, ecology and electoral reforms. Our demands that will affirm our liberal policies have been adopted, which are: completion of the decentralization process, opening of the law on local self-government, introduction of the model of one constituency, open lists for election of councilors, regulation of the cryptocurrency market, amendments to the laws on construction and urban planning in order to stop the urban chaos in the city centers and to emphasize the humane living and ecology, as well as the construction of a new cable car on Pelister and development of winter tourism. LDP indicated that it does not deviate from the commitments of the policy of flat tax and abolition of parafiscal duties which are non-tax liabilities for citizens. We expect close and successful cooperation and policy building in the interest of the citizens in anticipation of the new Prime Minister”, said LDP after the meeting.
