Starting January 1, 2022, Sunday is defined as a non-working day. The Parliament adopted the legal changes for labor relations, which will be applied starting 2022.
The State Labor Inspectorate informs that with the entry into force of the legal amendments to the Labor Law for non-working days on Sunday, as of January 2, it will establish weekly shifts in regions, where workers can report if their rights have been violated in relation to working on Sunday.
