The Federation of Trade Unions of Macedonia (SSM) in the next 15 months will be part of the activities implemented by the International Trade Union Confederation – ETUC on “Unions for equitable recovery: Strengthening the role of trade unions in mitigating the impact of the COVID-19 crisis”.
SSM is committed in the process of digitalization not to reduce and violate workers’ and social rights of workers, and we will work to ensure greater efficiency and will provide.
The Federation of Trade Unions of Macedonia will work together with a professional team to develop and improve the software tool SSM – my labor rights and which will make a conceptual software solution for connecting all new and existing digital services offered by SSM, and we will work on new modern electronic tools through which young workers will gain more knowledge about their employment rights, informs the Federation of Trade Unions.
