German investors in Macedonia are most satisfied with employees, and least with corruption and legal uncertainty

In 2022, as many as 70 percent of German investors in the country would invest again, and 30 percent would opt for another location. This was shown by the results of the 17th survey on the business climate in North Macedonia 2021/2022 conducted among companies – members of the Macedonian-German Business Association, which were presented at a press conference on Wednesday.

In research on issues related to the assessment of local catches, the companies with the lowest score rated the fight against corruption and crime. However, they believe that there should be improvement in legal security, political stability, infrastructure, as well as greater transparency in public procurement. They are most satisfied with their employees, the productivity of the professional staff and the motivation of the employees were evaluated with the highest grade.
