The firefighting squad continue to fight the fire in the Berovo region, and the firefighters and people from Berovo who participate in extinguishing it will remain on the ground until it is completely contained. Sashko Rumenovski, commander of the Territorial Fire Fighting Unit from Berovo informed that in addition to extinguishing from the ground, they have air support again Saturday morning.
“In order to shorten the time for filling water from Berovo Lake in the village of Budinarci, an improvised pool has been set up, from where the helicopter will fill water for a faster intervention,” says Rumenovski.
