The head of MANU Ljupcho Kocarev again criticized the Prespa Agreement, the Good Neighbor Agreement, as well as the second Protocol between the governments of Macedonia and Bulgaria. According to him, all three documents should be viewed together. They lead to the destruction of the Macedonians and the state, says Kocarev in an interview with TV Sitel.
According to Kocarev, the reality is that Montenegro has been negotiating with the EU for 10 years and out of 35 chapters, only 3 have been closed.
“This means that they can always be reopened, even when the Accession Treaty is signed, it has to be ratified in all the assemblies of the member states and they can take it back again. Hence I was prompted to write in my column. Montenegro has no problems with any neighbor, and we have big problems. I think that maybe the EU accession process will last indefinitely. It will happen sooner that we disappear, and only then enter the EU, unfortunately,” Kocarev claims.
