112 telephone number gets over 1,400 calls per day


The telephone number 112 at the Crisis Management Center (CMC) received a total of 240,253 calls in the period from February 11 to August 1, 2022 (171 days of operation of 112), that is, an average of 1,404 calls per day.

As of 01.03.2022, the reception of calls to the single telephone number for calls in emergency situations began in Sector 112 at the CMC, throughout the entire territory of the country.

In the last month, 44,467 calls were received or 1,434 per day, while in the last three days from July 29 to 31, there were 4,635 calls or about 1,540 calls per day.
