The Financial Police Administration on Monday submitted a criminal complaint to the Basic Public Prosecutor’s Office Skopje, which, as they inform, includes all the prosecutors for whom they believe that there are grounds for suspicion of having committed criminal acts when dealing with the case for which the search was carried out in the Administration.
The Administration does not inform us how many persons are specifically covered by the application.
Given that the procedure for all reported persons is secret from this moment, respecting the presumption of innocence of those reported, that is all we can share with the public at this moment, according to the Law on Criminal Procedure, reads the press release.
The director of the Financial Police Authority, Arafat Muaremi, announced last week at a press briefing that by the end of the week he will file a criminal complaint against prosecutors VilmaRuskovska, IvanaTrajcheva and ElizabetaJosifovska for “abuse of official position and authority” and “falsification of official documents”.
