The VMRO-DPMNE spokesperson Marija Miteva, asked by the media after the press conference on Tuesday of VMRO-DPMNE’s position according to yesterday’s events with Skopje Mayor Danela Arsovska.
“We saw the reasons why VMRO-DPMNE officials resigned in public via statements. But as a party that supported the concept of a modern Skopje and that supported the independent candidacy of Arsovska, sincerely believing in this concept, I can say that we are not satisfied with what the mayor has done so far and we think that little has been realized, but it can and should to deliver many more results that the people of Skopje deserve. The support we gave to Arsovska in the beginning is based on principles, and of course we will withdraw it when we see that those principles are not being respected”, said Miteva.
