Macedonian Minister of Interior Oliver Spasovski says that extensive investigative measures are being taken to shed light on the case in which an organized escape from the Idrizovo State Penitentiary was prevented by digging an underground tunnel by prisoners in Idrizovo.
“Extensive investigative measures are being taken there, not only now after the discovery, that process was started before. Everything that is part of those investigative measures, while being able to provide evidence, is being done in cooperation with the public prosecutor for organized crime and of course it will be an extensive case in which the participation of the employees in the prison institutions should also be proven,” Minister Spasovski told the media after the promotion of a campaign by the Ministry of Interior.
