This past week was marked by these two events – the scandalous agreement that the Government of SDSM and DUI is hiding from the public for fabulous penalties that the state should pay, as well as the refusal to accept the so-calle Croatian model and the clear recognition that they want to make constitutional changes exclusively according to Bulgarian dictation.
“If the working hours are not legally changed, i.e. from 40 hours per week, not increased to 60 hours, then the state will pay three types of damages to Bechtel, a one-time 53 million euros, every month 1 million 265 thousand euros on already existing costs that should to be paid in the contract and an additional 900 thousand euros. So the Government has undertaken an obligation on behalf of the assembly, although in the constitutional order it is the other way around, the assembly elects the Government, said the vice-president of VMRO-DPMNE Aleksandar Nikoloski in an opinion piece for Fokus.mk
