At the 111th session, the Macedonian Parliament ratified the three agreements within the framework of the Berlin process – on mutual recognition of identity cards, university diplomas and professional qualifications.
After the parent committees did not submit an additional proposal, the deputies passed without debate: the Law on the Ratification of the Agreement on Freedom of Movement with ID Cards in the Western Balkans, the Law on the Ratification of the Agreement on the Recognition of Higher Education Qualifications in the Western Balkans and the Law on the Ratification of the Agreement on recognition of the professional qualifications of doctors of medicine, doctors of dental medicine and architects in the context of the Central European Free Trade Agreement.
