The Democratic Union (DS) insists that the State Audit Office conduct an audit of the previous activities related to the construction of corridors 8 and 10 e. – First, whether the signed agreement with BEHTEL-ENKA is in accordance with the positive legal regulations of N. Macedonia. Second, whether the consulting and supervision firms are selected in accordance with legal decisions.
Since the Prime Minister Dimitar Kovachevski claims that the agreement is in full compliance with the basic law for the construction of the corridors, the DS requests that the nine (or eight) laws that the MPs submitted for adoption in a fast-track procedure, be withdrawn and the Government submit them to Parliament in regular procedure.
