Cynologist, activist and owner of a kennel for French bulldogs Stefan Kirkov at today’s forum organized by VMRO-DPMNE called “Legal regulation of urban pet keeping, necessity and need”, said that there is chaos in the country with homeless dogs and because of that citizens do not feel safe, adding that a systemic and permanent solution to this decades-old problem must be found.

“There is an increasing number of homeless dogs and citizens are exposed to constant attacks, they feel unsafe in their cities, because homeless dogs gather in packs and there is literally no legal regulation that would solve this decade-long problem that we have in the entire territory of Macedonia,” Kirkov pointed out.
