The secretary of the defunct Bulgarian club “Tsar Boris III”, HristijanPendikov appeared in the court in OhridRuesday morning to give a statement to the investigators about the beating.
This is Pendikov’s first return to his hometown after his medical treatment in Sofia. He must describe the attack and the reasons for the attack. After the incident, the Prosecutor’s Office in Ohrid announced that the crime was committed because of Pendikov’s ethnicity.
At the last court hearing, one of the attackers, IlijaSpaseski, stated that he “understands the accusation, but does not feel guilty”.
