The Energy Regulatory Commission (ERC) has received all the calculations of the energy companies for the costs, which mean the correction of the electricity price. If they are accepted as they are, it would mean a 13 percent increase in the price of electricity, ERC president Marko Bislimoski told MIA on Wednesday.
In the next period, the ERC will analyze the requests of the companies, and will announce the decision around June 20, after which the new price should be valid as of July 1.
“If we accept all these requests, then it would mean an increase in the price of electricity by 12.75 percent, or by 13 percent,” said Bislimoski.
