There is still no announcement when the meeting between the Prime Minister and SDSM leader Dimitar Kovachevski and the leader of oppositionVMRO-DPMNE Hristijan Mickoski and his teams will take place. Despite that, they have already publicly expressed their views on the EU integration process and constitutional amendments.
Kovachevski proposed the decisions needed for the European integration of the state and for good neighborly relations as topics, and Mickoski accepted them, but he also believes that it is necessary to discuss what happens after the failure of the constitutional amendments. VMRO-DPMNE also believes that if the constitutional amendments are unsuccessful, autumn elections should be held.
