Last year, a total of 12,882 marriages were concluded in the country, which is 2.4 percent less than the previous year, announced the State Statistics Office (SSO) on Monday.
The most marriages, 1 851 or 14.4%, were concluded in the month of August, and the least in November, 761 marriages or 5.9%.
The most common is the first marriage with a participation of 93.7% for women and 93.2% for men.
In a second marriage with a participation of 6.3% and a third marriage with a participation of 0.5%, in the total number of marriages, men enter more often.
