Constitutional Law Professor Aleksandar Spasenovski believes that there is no problem and there is a possibility to adopt the constitutional amendments with delayed application, which is actually a proposal of the leader of VMRO-DPMNE, Hristijan Mickoski, which emerged after last week’s leadership meeting with the prime minister and leader of Social Democratic Union, Dimitar Kovachevski.

“If we are guided by the internal aspects related to the constitutional order of the state, we can conclude that there is no problem for any changes to the constitution and any amendments, including these, to be adopted in such a way that they would have delayed application. In fact, we have had such experiences in the past,” says Professor Spasenovski in an interview with Radio Free Europe.
