The Constitutional Court rejected the initiative on Wednesday that demanded the annulment of the Statute and the Program of the Association Cultural Center “Ivan Mihailov” based in Bitola.
“After the established factual situation, it emerged that the Association Cultural Center “Ivan Mihailov” – Bitola has been deleted from the single database of the Central Registry, that is, it does not exist as a legal entity. According to this information, the Constitutional Court perceived procedural obstacles to decide on the initiative, and thus the conditions of Article 28 paragraph 3 of the Rules of Procedure of the Constitutional Court are met, to reject the initiative,” the Constitutional Court informed.
