Customs inspectors from the Department of Operational Affairs prevented the illegal entry of four migrants after controlling a cargo motor vehicle at the Bogorodica border crossing whose final destination was France.
The migrants were hidden in the truck’s semi-trailer, among pallets of goods declared for transit. According to their statement, three of the migrants are from Sierra Leone, and one person is from Nigeria.
The persons have been handed over to the Department for Border Affairs and Migration at the Ministry of Interior for further action.
