The commission for supervision over the functionality of the Automated Court Case Management Information System – ACCMIS system in the courts of the Ministry of Justice performed the last supervision over the work of the Kumanovo Basic Court on June 6, during which the following was ascertained: The court archive is located in the basement premises. The archiving of the objects was completed as of 1971. There is no continuous archiving of items.
This problem has been going on for decades and has been ascertained since the first supervision when the court was tasked to start archiving. It was noted that this process would be difficult to implement because the court only had two clerks in the archive
