Snap elections can take place only if the opposition agrees to vote for the constitutional amendments. This is the only option the Government would accept, says Deputy PM for European Affairs Bojan Marichikj in an interview with Voice of America (VOA).
“I think this is no time for early elections but for taking responsibility and implementing our commitments. Citizens will be grateful if we complete our task before the elections, so that the vote is not burdened by the questions of who is in favor and who is against the constitutional revision, since this would take us into another tunnel that we might not go out of in the next decade. This is no time for early elections but a time to take decisions,” said Deputy PM Marichikj, during his visit to the United States of America.
