DimitarKovachevski, in an attempt to defend the Minister of EconomyKreshnikBekteshi for the concessions for a mine in Strumica, got tangled up in his own lie, the opposition VMRO-DPMNE said in a press release on Monday.
“The concessions for the mines in Strumica were given in 2006, at a time when the power was in the hands of SDS and DUI. Kovachevski brazenly accuses others, although with one signature he can cancel the decision for the benefit of the citizens of the Strumica region. We ask him, does he know which company is part of the concession for the mines in Strumica, and is close to Ali Ahmeti and DUI, and is the whole operation to line the pockets of the Zajas clan? Both DUI and SDS should be clear about one thing, there will be no mines in the Strumica region to the detriment of the health of the citizens and to the detriment of the country,” VMRO-DPMNE pointed out.
