Italy’s AlessioOcchipinti and France’s Caroline Jouisse are the winners of the 36th Ohrid Swimming Marathon.
Occhipinti finished the 25-km race in 4 hours 53 minutes 14 seconds, setting a new Ohrid marathon record. Jouisse crossed the finish line after 5 hours 5 minutes 59 seconds. The best Macedonian swimmer, Evgenij Pop Acev, won the fourth place with a time of 5 hours 8 minutes and 32 seconds.
President StevoPendarovski greeted the winners at the finish and handed them laurel wreaths.
