Railway traffic in the country is still suspended Saturday due to the boycott of the mechanical and executive staff in the Railways Transport.
The reason for the boycott, which started Friday afternoon, is the unpaid second part of the salary for July of this year.
Toni Dimovski, a representative of the engineering and executive staff, told the media that since the start of the boycott, neither passenger nor freight trains have been running. So far, the planned traffic according to the timetable of six passenger and five freight trains has not been realized. He announced that the boycott will last until the request is met, but also until an agreement is reached for regular full payment of salaries.
