The Municipality of Kumanovo has announced that at a public auction Thursday it sold land to retail chain Lidl for the construction of a logistics center.
The procedure for the sale of a plot of land at the new industrial development zone in Gorno Konjare was carried out through an electronic public bidding.
Three companies participated in the auction, with the highest offer of around EUR 5.3 million for 170.996m2 of land.
