Macedonian Prime Minister DimitarKovachevski and Minister of Agriculture, Forestry and Water Economy LjupchoNikolovski marked on Sunday the start of the new IPARD 3 project on modernization of agriculture, worth EUR 97 million.
PM Kovachevski pointed out that the goal of the program is much more efficient and full use of the EU funds for the country.
IPARD is a fund of the European Union for the support and development of agriculture, and Kovachevski added that the increase in funds in the IPARD 3 program is because the country has a large utilization in IPARD 2.
