A protest was held Saturday in front of the Government in support of the Palestinian people. The speeches were dominated by messages of peace, solidarity and criticism of the imperialist centers of power, which allow, as they say, the crimes of Israel to go unpunished.
The protest was organized by the left-wing and self-organized Dunja social center. Members of the center addressed the public, as well as an activist from Greece. Poems were read by the Palestinian poet Mahmoud Darwish, as well as a poem about Palestine written by the Bitola poet Pande Manojlov.
The messages included: “Stop the war”, “Free Palestine”, “Israel terrorists”, “Sanctions on Israel”, etc.
