The controversial Montenegrin businessman from the US blacklist, Miodrag Daka Davidovic, is one of the biggest landowners in Macedonia, KOD research reported.
Daka owns property near Shtip 2.5 times larger than the territory of Chair Municipality of Skopje. A company owned by Kosovo businessmen also owns the same piece of land in Shtip.
The Government has already adopted an urban plan that allows the Kosovo businessmen to build a 200 megawatt photovoltaic plant. Although it is a huge investment, the Government has kept quiet about the adoption of the plan.
